Saturday night again!

So it is Saturday night again in the Isbell household. We have been going nonstop for a week now. We were in Alabama for Deborah's (little sister) graduation from the University of South Alabama last Saturday. We are so proud of her, she is the first one out of us kids to graduate from college. Then we drove home to Texas on Sunday. We found out on Monday that my husband's car was scrap so we have been looking for cars and running with just one car for the entire past week. We thought that we had a car and then the car dealership tried to pull some funny stuff, wanting more money, and we pulled out of the deal. So we are back to the drawing board. Christopher and I have been trying to chill out today but it is so hard when you know you have so much to do. Anyway, I am being positive today. I ordered the Martha Stewart score board and some vinyl for the cricut. I am really excited for it to get here so I can play with it. Next weekend, I am hoping to make some personalized items.
Anyway, the week has been full of funny comments from the kids, especially Rachael. After the two hour graduation, Rachael said her favorite part was the end because it was sooo boring. Then she told my sister not to ever do that again because she didn't like having to sit there so long. Then just today, the kids went out to play, Sarah and John went without shoes but Rachael had to have shoes. I told her she could wear her flip flops or sandals. She then came out with dress shoes, I told her no and she went back in. She then came out with cowboy boots and I told her no. She went back in and I went to check on John and Sarah. She came to the back door, put her hand on her hip and the other one on her forehead and told me,"Mommy, I have nothing to wear." Man, what do I have in store if my four year old is already telling me that. I will have to get a job just to keep the girls in shoes. Crazy!!
Oh well I need to go for now. Hope that everyone has a great evening and day tomorrow. And I pray that God will help you find your way to a service of your choice and you will be blessed through the message that your pastor or chaplain brings.
Love much
Elizabeth
